This penthouse was built from scratch by its owner, reflecting a personal aesthetic that preserves the essence of the 19th-century building. The accommodation is warm and comfortable, with beautiful terraces offering ample space for sunbathing, reading, listening to music, and a wonderful garden to relax.

The interior is not large but ideal for family gatherings. The second bedroom is completely independent and separated from the main part of the penthouse by a common hallway, so they are not directly connected.

It is important to highlight that there is no elevator and to access the penthouse, you must climb four steep flights of stairs, so it is not suitable or recommended for people with mobility challenges or difficulty climbing stairs.

The penthouse is exposed directly to weather conditions — rain, sun, and wind — with particularities that vary by season. It has air conditioning with heating and cooling in the main room, and responsible use is requested.

No fireplace use is allowed, pets are not permitted, smoking is prohibited, and parties or loud music are not allowed to respect neighbors. For waste management, organic waste should be deposited in the main container after 8 PM, and glass and plastic are collected for recycling.
