The Space

Located in the heart of Cádiz old town, this unique penthouse sits four floors above the city (no lift!) and rewards you with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, cathedral domes and historic rooftops.

The apartment is bright, airy and full of character. It has been our family home for years, and you will feel it: warmth, details, and a lived-in charm that makes it special.

This is not a staged rental. It is a soulful space.

Layout & Practical Details (Please Read Carefully)

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Important to know:

The only bathroom is inside the main bedroom (en-suite).

The second bedroom is accessed across a small internal passage that also connects to the communal terrace area of the building.

Both bedrooms are private and fully part of the property, but the layout reflects the traditional architecture of historic Cádiz buildings.

For families or very close friends, this works perfectly.
For guests who prefer fully separated hotel-style layouts with independent bathroom access, this may not be ideal.

We prefer to be transparent so you can decide if this beautiful space fits your needs.
