Magnificent palace house located in the historic center of Cádiz. The property is part of a traditional 18th-century building that belonged to bourgeois merchants and has been fully renovated to offer all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The house features a spacious living room with a fireplace, library, reading chairs, sofa, and plasma TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room for greater comfort. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, along with two double bedrooms with single beds of 90 cm each and a second full bathroom.

The building is equipped with an elevator and Wi-Fi internet access, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

The location is privileged, on Cervantes Street number 1, very close to Calle Ancha and the main shopping areas of the city. It is approximately 15 minutes on foot from the train and bus stations and near the Gran Teatro Falla. La Caleta beach, the only beach located in the historic center, is about a 10-minute walk away.

For convenience, parking is recommended at the San Antonio public parking lot, less than five minutes on foot from the apartment.
