Magnificent palace house located in the historic center of Cádiz. The property is part of a traditional 18th-century building that belonged to bourgeois merchants, fully renovated to offer all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and a spacious area to read and enjoy the apartment, along with an en-suite bathroom.

The building has an elevator and Wi-Fi internet connection, providing all the facilities to rest and enjoy your stay in Cádiz.

The location is privileged, on Cervantes Street number 1, very close to Calle Ancha and the main shopping areas of the city. It is about 15 minutes on foot from the train and bus stations and close to the Gran Teatro Falla. La Caleta beach, the only beach located in the historic center, is about a 10-minute walk away.

Parking is recommended at the San Antonio public parking lot, less than five minutes on foot from the apartment.
